Terms of Service

Welcome to FashionScout, a service operated by REZIIIX PTE LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using FashionScout at fashionscout.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

FashionScout is a fashion intelligence platform that enables users to identify garments using AI visual search, compare prices across multiple secondhand and retail marketplaces, and manage fashion-related data. The Service includes Scout (visual garment search), Taste Engine (personalised AI-driven discovery), and On9 (resale business management tools).

We do not sell, purchase, or fulfil any items. All transactions occur directly between users and third-party marketplaces. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party pricing data or the availability of items listed on external platforms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are created by minors below the minimum age.

FashionScout offers a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Paid Plans"). Paid Plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service or linked marketplaces in an automated manner beyond normal use.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication systems, or any other technical measures.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or any material that may harm our systems or other users.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other persons.
• Resell or sublicence access to the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by REZIIIX PTE LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The FashionScout name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of REZIIIX PTE LTD. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (such as garment images). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process and use that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REZIIIX PTE LTD and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or SGD $100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law) shall do so.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your account through the Settings page.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
